Sheng Foong Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd is a plastic pellet manufacturer. Our high standards on quality and tireless efforts in upgrading ourself have helped the company establish a stable customer base and win a number of prestigious awards and accreditations. We have emerged as one of the outstanding plastic material manufacturers enterprises in Malaysia.

Sheng Foong was founded in 1992 by Mr. Yeong Sai Key. Our core business is to recycle plastic waste into plastic pellets as raw materials for related industries. Our plant is located at Tronoh, Perak, Malaysia, spanning over 5 acres of land with about 50 staffs in its employment.

Plastic materials such as PVC, PP, HDPE, HIPS and ABS form the bulk of our products. Our sales domain covers the whole of Malaysia as well as foreign countries like China, India, South East Asia and Europe etc. Our customers can be classified into domestic plastic product to industrial plastic product manufacturers.

As we are always proactive in upgrading our product quality and pragmatic in developing our business, we have won the Malaysian famous Golden Bull Award as well as the recognition of the Ministry of International Trade and Industries which awarded Sheng Foong the “2009 Industrial Excellence Award” certificitate for our contributions in the development of the national industries.

Besides being an active player in the sector, Sheng Foong also contributes in non-profit organizations. We are a Committee Member of the Perak Branch of Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA, Perak Branch), a member of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers and a registered member of Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE).

We spared no expenses on purchasing various state-of the-art machineries to produce high quality recycled plastic pellet raw materials. We ensure consistency in our quality is maintained to requite our customers’ support and to win their confidence.

After years of efforts, we have gradually enhanced our productivity in recycled plastic pellets. Currently we have set up 6 highly efficient production lines, two of which are for producing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pellets while the other four are for manufacturing polypropylene (PP), high density polyethylene (HDPE), high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).

We need high-efficiency machineries to manufacture quality products. As we expand, we add more machines to our inventory including waste crushing machine, cleansing machine and large mixer. We produce excellent quality goods with the machineries and with a wealth of experience.

Equipped with advanced machineries, Sheng Foong can produce 600 tons of recycled plastic pellet materials monthly. We have stringent production lines to produce high quality plastic materials.

In pursuit of quality excellence, we bought hi-tech sophisticated equipment to appraise the quality. We sample check every batch of goods with the highly sophisticated test to guarantee all the products meet the standards set and satisfy our customers.

There are two major tests to ensure “Guaranteed Quality & Customers’ Satisfaction”.

Having put in years of efforts and established a good reputation, Sheng Foong Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd was honored to have won the most prestigious and representative award in the business world the “Golden Bull Award” for 3 years consecutively since 2008. In addition to that, it was awarded the “2009 Industrial Excellence Award” certificate by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia (MITI) in recognition of our contributions.
